Position Summary:

This is a part-time position to assist with customer support focused on Email & Chat as we expand our sales into China. The primary function is to interact directly via email and chat with our customers in China.  This is a great opportunity to work for a customer centric, health oriented, customer focused organization whose goal is to always surpass customer expectations.

The requirements for the position include:

  • Native speaking Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Fluent in English
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Must live within 50 miles of Boca Raton, FL
  • Must have broadband internet connection
  • Ability to commit to 20-25 hours/week consistently
  • Positive attitude! Reliable worker who can put the customer first!

Any experience in customer service & social media is a plus, not required.
