Position Summary:

The Promotions Coordinator II is responsible for supporting the promotional revenue management and the daily workflow of promotion requests from the approval through the execution, ensuring efficient use of resources and achievement of project deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams in creation and implementation of annual promotional calendar.
  • Maintain master promotional calendar and update regularly with changes.
  • Responsible for pre and post promotional event analysis including impact of total promotional mix on the overall business KPI's.
  • Makes recommendations aligning promotions with stated promo objectives (sales, margin acquisition or retention).
  • Responsible for maintaining and communicating results to Merchandising and Marketing teams.
  • Research and problem solve promo code issues working with customer service and/or IT
  • Communicate promotional pricing changes to the Pricing department
  • Partner with Site Producer to execute daily/weekly promotional site updates
  • Assist with ad hoc job assignments within the Customer Experience department

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Advanced MS Office skills with a special emphasis on Excel (Advanced special functions, vlookup, if statements...)
  • Experience with web analytics software 
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful patterns and insights from multiple data sources.
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize objectives in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to understand overall business objectives and make accurate, effective decisions
