We are expanding our coverage of inbound phones from Lexington, NC to Boca Raton, FL.  We are seeking part-time agents to help provide an exceptional experience to our customers that need assistance with placing orders or have service related questions.

What you will do:
• Apply active listening skills to understand and solve the customer's problem.
• Troubleshoot problems encountered within the customer service experience. You are empowered to make it right.
• Be a part of a united team to swiftly resolve issues, exceed expectations, and deliver exceptional customer support involving technology, merchandising, marketing etc.
• You can appreciate a healthy lifestyle for our products are geared to people with a passion for food, vitamins, beauty and home products, etc. We serve their needs and eventually all become product experts.

What you need to start:
• Strong PC skills to include: Internet, Microsoft Suite, Windows and Outlook
• Strong organizational, detail orientation and follow through skills.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to make the customer happy.
• Ability to empathize with the customer.
• Ability to connect with the customer.
• Previous customer service experience is NOT required.
• Ability to learn new computer systems
