The Digital Customer Service Representative will act as the liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with efficiency and accuracy. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. This is a Work From Home Position. Candidates must live in a 80 mile radius of Boca Raton.
Candidates must be able to work night and weekend shifts as per business needs and attend a two week in office paid 9am-5pm training.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answering email & chat from customers related to service or order processing.
- Researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Provide clear and concise documentation regarding customer problems and resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly as it becomes necessary
- Ability to attend monthly team meetings held in the Boca office
- Strong analytical and thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and also work within a team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common
- Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Broadband internet connection required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to quickly learn new computer systems
